As a QA Lead, you will be a part of a team that assures the quality of interactive content in our award-winning game-based training courses. Our products combine deep educational materials with interactive scenes and activities, which requires a commitment to many different kinds of quality assurance processes and techniques. You will use your experience in software testing to create, implement, and oversee the execution of test plans, quality reviews, and deliverable procedures. You will work with other team leads as well as dedicated internal and external testing resources.
This is a full-time position with full employment benefits. This position is on-site at our west Los Angeles headquarters.
You must have:
- At least 5 years experience in a software QA environment
- Experience writing multiple test plans in different environments
- Experience implementing test plans and communicating results
- Experience creating or refining defect tracking workflows and systems
- The right to work in the United States
You should have:
- Experience as a QA Lead on a shipped software product
- Experience managing other testers
- Experience with PC, Mac, iPhone, and web-based software
- Extensive game testing experience
- Experience with focus and user testing
You should be:
